Welcome to Monday Reset: Yoga Nidra for Calm & Renewal!

Join us at 8:00 PM for a soothing session of Yoga Nidra to unwind and recharge. This event will be held online, so you can join from the comfort of your own home. Take this opportunity to relax, release tension, and set positive intentions for the week ahead. Get ready to experience deep relaxation and inner peace. I can't wait to see you there! This guided meditation is your invitation to slow down, soften into stillness, and prepare your nervous system for the week ahead. Whether you're navigating stress, simply craving calm, pregnant, postpartum, or caregiving, this session offers deep rest and gentle renewal.

🕯 What You’ll Experience:

  • A 45-minute Yoga Nidra session (no movement required)

  • Gentle deep rest

  • Tools to support emotional grounding and nervous system regulation

  • A warm and welcoming online space — wherever you are in the world


🧘‍♀️ How to Prepare:

  • Create a cosy nest: lie on your bed, sofa, or a yoga mat on the floor

  • Cover your body with a blanket and use an eye cover or scarf over your eyes (optional)

  • Wear comfortable clothing or pyjamas

  • Darken your room or use soft, ambient lighting

  • No need to travel — float straight into rest afterwards

Join Lorraine and Yevan for a nourishing evening of movement, stillness, and deep rest in the heart of Islington.

This two-hour session is a gentle blend of:

✨ 45 minutes of soulful Vinyasa flow (guided by Lorraine) to move, release, and connect with your body

🌙 45 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra (led by Yevan) to ground, rest, and deeply restore your nervous system

Whether you're feeling frazzled, in need of calm, or simply craving a moment to reconnect with yourself, this space is for you. A complimentary homemade juice will be served at the end to leave you feeling refreshed and nourished.
